Giving

Helping those in need is an integral part of the work we do. Will you join us?

Since 2006, our CEO Andy Hedrick has been involved in food and educational support in the US and abroad. He has led fundraising campaigns, provided project management, sponsored children, and provided resources in 7 countries so far with a goal of having a broader impact.  We have partnered with Compassion International to launch a new Child Development Center in Ghana and are encouraging Corporate sponsors to get involved with us in the next chapters!

As a company, we have a goal of helping at least 10,000 children receive education and food resources to create a better life for themselves and their communities. Philanthropy and volunteering are cornerstones of Trucking Tower’s mission. You can be a big part of making a huge impact!  Thank you for coming alongside of us in making a positive difference in this world!

Ghana - Child Development Center

Andy and Julie Hedrick provided the funds to launch a new Child Development Center in Ghana impacting over 200 children working in partnership with Compassion International.  That was a dream come true in seeing our vision become a reality! You have an opportunity to sponsor children and see first-hand the impacts that your sponsorship is having on the lives of the children and their families.

We are extremely excited about the chapters ahead!  When you sponsor a child, you give and receive correspondence, pictures, and updates.  You truly become an extended part of the family and get to see first-hand the impacts that your sponsorship is having on the lives of these children and their families.

Your donations to the “Where Most Needed” fund are reserved for providing strategic relief and meeting critical needs for children in the most urgent situations.

Ecuador - Vision Trip

Andy and his wife Julie were also very fortunate to join Compassion International on a Vision Trip to Ecuador and to see first-hand the enormous impacts that can be made by coming alongside Compassion International.

On that trip, they were able to spend time with a young lady and her Mom they had known through a Compassion sponsorship for 11 years. They had exchanged many letters and pictures over the years, and then were able to meet in person. “Being able to meet a sponsored child and Mom who we had corresponded with for many years, meeting local Compassion International leaders, and seeing the impacts that are happening on the ground were all part of a life-changing experience” said Trucking Tower CEO, Andy Hedrick.

During that Vision Trip to Ecuador, they visited multiple Child Development Centers and learned about the opportunity to help launch a new center as well.  That would come to pass when learning about the needs for a Child Development Center in Ghana.  There are many people in desperate need of food and education resources around the world and together we can help create a better life for others!
