Andy Hedrick - CEO / Founding Member (Oklahoma City, OK)

29 years of experience in supply chain technology, consulting, sales, system integrations, and Industrial Engineering. 3rd employee of a logistics tech company acquired by TMW Systems and then by Trimble, a $4.3B annual revenue company. Industrial Engineering degree. Work experience in 9 countries.

Steve Lee - Executive VP / Founding Member (Denver, CO)

27 years of innovative industrial product marketing and sales. Steve has enjoyed a successful career in business development including deploying industrial products/coatings with clients that operate heavy machinery and large engines.

Eva Rumble - Executive VP / Podcast Host (Charlotte, NC)

25 years of experience in sales execution, marketing, and HR consulting. Former consultant at Accenture and former VP of Marketing for entrepreneurship coaching company. Experienced speaker in front of thousands, and experienced podcaster.

Jen Orvis - Executive VP (Denver, CO)

24 years of experience in sales program design, sales management, and sales execution. Launched multiple new products into new territories with a great track record of new client acquisitions and consistent revenue growth.

Brian Schnedler - VP, Rail Operations (Kansas City, MO)

20 years of experience in the rail industry. Also known as the “Railroad Sensei”, Brian is a seasoned professional who holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma and maintains a strong focus on operations, safety, and training. His innovative ideas and forward-thinking approach have earned him recognition and accolades from leading organizations and individuals in the rail industry.

Michael Vincent - Business Partner / CEO at OPT USA (Chatt., TN)

32 years of experience in the logistics vertical including asset and non-asset Truckload, LTL, Maritime, Air Cargo, Warehousing, Final Mile, Brokerage, Data Analytics, and SaaS. He has extensive leadership experience in team development, operations, product development, sales, enterprise solutions, marketing, SaaS sales and implementation. Michael has worked with a large population of the manufacturing and retail community.

Tim Perkins - Business Partner / CEO at Sourcifi (Rome, GA)

Proven Strategic consulting

Before founding Trucking Tower, Andy Hedrick worked for supply chain technology and consulting companies to sell and implement hundreds of projects with companies spanning Asia, Europe and North America across 24 years.

That hands-on experience, coupled with the need to generate more revenue at the most effective price led Andy to search out the most effective solutions and to partner with other technology companies to drive better results. 

In 1992, while earning his Industrial Engineering degree, Andy was the 3rd employee of a logistics software company that would later be acquired by a publicly-traded company.  

Directly out of college in 1996, Andy went to work in international supply chain consulting where he was initially tasked with streamlining electronics repair and warehousing operations spanning Mexico and the US for a Fortune 500 electronics manufacturer.  He presented results and project plans monthly to the company leadership. 

He then traveled to Asia and Europe in delivering projects for other international companies. He was always working to deliver great improvements and to sell the next big improvement idea based on current project goals. 

The first consulting company he worked for helped clients launch overseas operations and streamline existing operations.  He traveled throughout the world helping to launch distribution operations and also helping to generate better results with less cash outlay

After being a road warrior for years, he settled down in his home state of Oklahoma and started a family. Andy has been a featured speaker at numerous supply chain conferences, and has provided insights and thought leadership for leading supply chain publications based on those hands-on experiences around the globe.
